Reiki Classes and Events
If you are considering taking a Portland Reiki class from me it would be a pleasure to speak with you about my experience, teaching philosophy or any concerns or needs you have. We can meet in person, speak on the phone or communicate through email. Whatever works best for you. Also, I can happily provide you with references of students past and present who can speak with you about me and their experience as a student of mine. Also, if you've received an attunement, but not any or quite enough education I'm very happy to be your teacher and help you know what to do with the energy. I'm seeing many new students in this situation. Just let me know and you'll have a lower cost for the class(es). NOTE: If you can't make a scheduled class date, but want to learn just let me know. I teach semi-private (2-5 students) classes almost every month. It would be my honor to be your teacher. All classes qualify for contact CEUs for Oregon LMTs and CEs for Washington LMTs. Includes a copy of William Lee Rand's Reiki: The Healing Touch First & Second Degree Manual and a class completion certificate.
During this class students learn what Reiki is, its history, how to channel it, how to use it to heal the self and others (including pets and plants), information on the chakras and energy bodies, as well as meditations and exercises for self-care and protection. Students receive two sets of attunements (energetic initiations to enable the channeling of the energy). The class is scheduled with a week or so between sessions to give students time to begin to integrate the first set of attunements, to practice using the energy and to gather questions and observations before coming back together. Additional non-classroom continuing education time and community service projects are optional.

Ready to take your healing practice to the next level? Or perhaps you're curious to see where the second level attunement will lead. Even if you had another teacher for Level I, Michelle can teach you. During this class students learn more techniques for working on people and with the energy including how to balance chakras, ways to create sacred space and methods for how to send Reiki through space and time. With the attunement (an energetic initiation to enable the channeling of the energy) the student will receive 4 symbols. Class is scheduled with a bit of time between sessions to give students a chance to practice using the new techniques and to gather questions and observations before coming back together. Additional non-classroom continuing education time and community service projects are optional.

Reiki Master/Teacher:

NOTE: If you're already a Reiki Master but are looking for a way to reconnect to the energy the Intensive Master Attunement just might be exactly what you're looking for.

Whether you want to open your own practice and want guidance from an experienced professional or want to see what growth the Master/Teacher level will bring you, all already attuned to Level II are welcome. Even if you’ve had other teachers for Levels I & II, Michelle can bring you to the Master/Teacher level. In this class students will receive master symbols and learn how to teach and attune others, bringing the gift of Reiki to either students or loved ones. Further, it will include master exercises and meditations, creating and working with crystal grids and a lesson on working with flower essences. Class is scheduled with time between sessions to give students a chance to practice using the new techniques and to gather questions and observations before coming back together. A separate 2 hour meeting a couple of weeks after the last session provides an opportunity to practice attunements after the steps and symbols have been memorized. Additional non-classroom continuing education time and community service projects are optional.
